S’mores Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix, prepared as cupcakes
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 7 oz. jars of Marshmallow Fluff
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • Graham Cracker crumbs
  • 1 container of Vanilla Frosting
  • Chocolate bars

Graham Cracker Crust Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, melted 

1/4 cup sugar 

Instructions

  1. Before putting cupcake batter into the liners, mix together ingredients for the crust.
  2. Once combined, press down about a half inch into each cupcake liner.
  3. Then fill with cupcake mix.
  4. Bake the cupcakes as directed on the box. Cool completely before frosting.
  5. Cream butter and sugar together.
  6. Stir in the marshmallow fluff.
  7. With a spoon, dig out a small hole in the middle of your cupcakes.
  8. Pipe the marshmallow filling into the cupcakes.
  9. In a piping bag, pipe a swirl of vanilla frosting on top of your cupcakes.
  10. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the cupcakes.
  11. Top each cupcake with a piece of chocolate.
