INGREDIENTS
- 1 box chocolate cake mix, prepared as cupcakes
- 1 cup butter
- 2 7 oz. jars of Marshmallow Fluff
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Graham Cracker crumbs
- 1 container of Vanilla Frosting
- Chocolate bars
Graham Cracker Crust Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- Before putting cupcake batter into the liners, mix together ingredients for the crust.
- Once combined, press down about a half inch into each cupcake liner.
- Then fill with cupcake mix.
- Bake the cupcakes as directed on the box. Cool completely before frosting.
- Cream butter and sugar together.
- Stir in the marshmallow fluff.
- With a spoon, dig out a small hole in the middle of your cupcakes.
- Pipe the marshmallow filling into the cupcakes.
- In a piping bag, pipe a swirl of vanilla frosting on top of your cupcakes.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the cupcakes.
- Top each cupcake with a piece of chocolate.
